ICAP Patent Auction for WIRED

Last week I shot my first assignment for WIRED. Spent the afternoon at a resort in Rancho Palos Verdes photographing the ICAP Patent Brokerage Auction and doing portraits of the key players in the story. Many of the patents went unsold, but a NASA patent was sold for $75,000 to an unknown individual. More on the story here.
