Fashion/Lifestyle

I've been spending a lot of time on portraits and fashion work, trying to get together a body of work to show new clients and jump into some commercial work. I threw together an edit on my website if you would like to check out more. These are a few photos of my wonderful friend Paige Walters. Hope you enjoy!

Random OC assignments

Well I've been in Orange County for about a month now, and it's been quite an adventure. It's been crazy busy out here and I am finally starting to settle in. It took me a few weeks and a lot of couches to finally find a place to live, but I am comfortably living a few blocks from the water in Huntington Beach. The paper has been amazing and every day seems to bring a new adventure. It's very interesting to see how different this area is than anywhere I have lived before. There is constant fun to be had and being able to skateboard everywhere has been like a dream. I thought I would only be out here for the summer, but I'm not sure I'll be ready to leave that soon...

Soul of Athens 2010

The Good Earth Farm from dan krauss on Vimeo.

Here is the project I produced for Soul of Athens this year. I went and revisited the Good Earth Farm and shot video for it, as well as restructuring the story a bit. Check out the new soulofathens.com and my website which has been updated recently at dankraussphoto.com. I would appreciate any feedback you have on anything. Hope you enjoy!
